I wouldn't worry about it. I have had packages from NZ that say "pain medicine" from netpharmacy.nz, and they have NEVER opened nor taken the package, nor a letter. I was a bit surprised that they came that way, with all the info right there on the customs dec.
BTW, my DH thinks nurofen plus is the best too for what ails him. Thats why we order it.
