I got arrested (non drug issue) and a midemenaor and I had to PUSH (sorry for the 'shout' but I wanted to emphasize this) my attorney to make a plea bargin with the District ttorney and it took from around April of 1998 to August 1998 with me pushing to get this thing over to settle my own anxiety. Had I not pushed, this might have taken a year to go to court.

Even small towns are usually backed up from lack of budget and or staff. I can't speak for every court but I am using logic and my personal experience.

This sounds like another scare story from Law Enforcement BASTARDS.

Why don't these people catch a terrorist or something and quite bothering those of us in pain?
