I hear what you're saying- what I'm saying is that REGARDLESS of your rights, in the state of NJ, a refusal is considered the SAME as a DWI! Doesn't even matter what you're pulled over for- if they think you're under any kind of influence, and ask you to test, whether it be via breathalyzer, urine or blood, and you refuse to do so, it is a refusal, yes, but it is considered the same exact thing as a DWI!! That's all~
