What exactly are you waiting for someone to chime in about? The legalities of using domesting OP's? If that's the case, it is legal to use a domestic OP for Schedule 3, 4, or higher drugs. You break the law when you begin to obtain the same scheduled med from different sources at the same time. This is what's referred to as Doctor Shopping or double dipping. The legal term for it is Fraudulently obtaining a prescription or attempting to do so. Whether you actually get the meds from a second source or not, the attempt is also covered under a similar law, as are the conspiracy issues that go along with it.
