This is getting stale. Read my post #143064 to see why making one post about their arrest is not necessarily a public confession. It would only be admissible in court if the post was found to come from the arrestee's own computer. I don't think DB is getting served with subpeonas for every one of these stories and they might trace back to public computers. But DB might be served for their logs if we had an ongoing story about someone's arrest with all the blow-by-blows as they happen. It gets very tedious to say the same thing over and over again ... but there's no basis for a subpeona from the post that started this thread and the earlier "ordered-received" posts. They could have come from anywhere. She didn't give enough details to identify the arrest with enough specificity to make LE there know that the person posting here is the person they arrested.

I'm not saying that anyone in particular called her a liar; it was a group of people who jumped on the BS Bandwagon. Nobody can prove her story is false, but she can't prove it's true without incriminating herself. I stick up for the underdog. Ergo Ipso Facto.
