I have done volunteer work at a suicide/crisis-hotline/center for several years. If someone calls and wants to talk about their problem and how they can get home to Mars it's not our job to second-guess them. We help them problem-solve. Thinking this way has made me more open-minded. This is a good thing.

Also, i've always stood up for the underdog and defended those who could not defend themselves. That's just how i am.

I'll continue to research the law of search & seizure as a hobby. If something is worth posting, this community is worth the effort.

So ... can you see why i don't like it when someone is called a liar with no proof? I give people the benefit of the doubt. It's not foolishness because it doesn't hurt or help me one way or the other. Try to be more generous.

You think i'm stupid and don't realize it could be a paid basher or LE plant? What difference does it make? The only people who would have their behavior modified are vulnerable to that already.
