I refuse to get into a pissing contest with you Trampy because in my experience with you, it isn't worth the time because there is never a chance that you will see things any differently then you already do, but I will say this and let this one go afterwards.

Is it possible, that you are defending a post/poster who may or may not be making this up for reasons other than what they had written in thier post? Is it possible?

I mean, there are lots of us who see this situation as sort of fishy and just because we see things that way doesn't mean we are ignorant of how the law works or that we didn't "read" the original post or any subsequent posts by the originator of this thread.

In fact, I think it wrong to imply that we hadn't. That is unless there is some magic tracking system that shows what every poster here has ever read that you are privy to and you could prove that we hadn't gone and read her other posts.

To imply that we hadn't read the original post or as I said, any of her subsequent posts is simply wrong. We are allowed to see things in a manner differently then you and or each other do. That is what is supposed to happen. Then we discuss what we think about it. Saying that we don't know what we are talking about because we don't understand the law or implying that could be seen as an arrogant position.

I find your contributions where the law is concerned of such importance to us "non legal" types that I am loathe to write this out of fear it might offend you and make you hold back from giving it but, like I said, with the exception of when you are able to educate other posters on the law, which as I have said is very valuable, the rest of what you write is an opinion, the same as the rest of us.

So in this case, I and others have the opinion that something doesn't seem right, you have the opinion everything is perfectly correct as the original poster has said and use your knowledge of the law to support your beliefs.

I would ask you this, are you certain that the originator of this post shares your knowledge of our legal system?

I ask because your position is based on them doing the right thing by not coming in and posting what is happening and has happened to them (or at least it seems that most of your opinion is) and to me, the question stands up pretty well when it asks, why not? Why didn't they come back? If they know the law and are in the slightest bit concerned about it, why would they even post a warning at all?

I also base my opinion on the "I got busted threads" that were blown apart here as being false. It has happened several times. So, unfortunately, I will remain a skeptic on this actually happening and let it go at that.

I am not trying to sound contrite or condescending, I just wanted to post my opinion on your position, which, is of no more or less value than your own. I am sorry if it comes of as anything other than asked in a questioning tone. That is not my intention.

In the end though, it bares repeating that ordering scheduled meds via IOP isn't legal and while I think that law is a sham, it is a well known law by all who come to these boards (or I would think) so *if* she was busted, sadly, she knew the score going in and while it is terrible that we live in a county where people are persecuted for these things the fact remains, we live in that country.
