Ok if I wasn't paranoid before, I think I am now!

What am I missing here guys?? I have had one consult/script through NWW (Norco 10/325)and now I'm a little concerned. Is this not legal? I thought this was all above board.
When I found this forum and the option of an OP, I thought great! I don't have to tote the twins to any more doctor appointments. This is a great alternative to having to try to make all of the appointments, but if I have to be concerned with MIB then I'm not so sure this is the option for me.
Can someone please elaborate????
