tramadol absolutely will not show up, not even in extended test. tramadol isnt even the slightest bit similar to any opiates or semisynthetic opioids (see my avatar). there isnt a drugtest in the world that looks for tramadol. codeine metabolizes to morphine, as does herion, and will test you positive for "narcotics"
