They must train their people to just be morons. I had a refill, months ago, in which they stated they couldn't fill the entire order. I phoned a different Walgreens, and they filled the entire amount. However, the clerk advised my insurance wouldn't cover because of my filling too soon. I explained about the partial fill I never got. I asked them to phone the other store, and I did as well, the first Walgreens to advise and cancel the partial. One month later I went to get my son a prescription of antibiotics. When the woman was handing the bag to me, she said, this is partial and to pick up the remainder on Monday. I thought it strange, but was in a hurry. Got around the corner and decided to check. They had given me my partial from the month prior. I turned around and explained. Exchanged, and was on my way. Two weeks later, I was filling a different script. Same darn thing happened. This time I said I want to watch you put it back to stock after crediting me. The woman called a manager to help because she was not clear how to back it out of the system. A few weeks later my refill for the initial was due. Instead of getting an email it was ready I get a call from the pharmacist saying the must call the doctor because of "all my partial fills being too early." I explained, again, the situation. He refused to give me the entire amount until the doctor called. I picked it up, and then said, forget the rest. I am done with Walgreens, blah blah. Then I check my online history and it shows that I got each of those orders canceled. I am furious. I will never use them again, but I am fighting now to get them to correct my history. They have records of the credits, and the various conversations, but nobody knows how to correct the history. Yet they are speaking to me like I am a criminal because of "All the orders filled too early." I NEVER GOT THE MEDICATION!!!! Give me a darn break. Not even them speaking to my doctor helped. I am now discussing with their corporate office. I told them they should be concerned because it would be very easy for an employee to take the pills and nobody could figure it out.
