I think the reason certine people get watched 'busted' could be the luck of the "computer".
I alwyas get a "friendly phone call" from ATT when my payment is sevral days late. and it is never more then 50-70 dollars. on the other had my mother in law is always months late and her bills run in the hundreds. the common thread I got on someone's list and now they always pester me. something as simple as a persons name happens to be around when they try to make a point. it could be just totally random. I not that these posts of "being busted" are not consitant so may be it is truley random and bad luck for the person.
