She made herself an easy target. I would hope that most people using IOPs for legit reasons would be more careful.
As for the 'Men in Black', I don't believe they are sitting around the local post office drinking coffee and eating donuts, waiting for the odd letter or package that might contain prescription drugs. They have more important things to do. That is why seizure letters exist. They are sent out as a warning. When someone has been warned, over and over again, its very possible they just might drop by for a chat.
Just some observations...
It is foolish to think that LE doesn't keep track of who received those "WARNING LETTERS," when they received them, and why. Anyone who gets more than one should seriously consider making some changes.
