This pharacy is not listed as an OP that I know of. It is called Zip Pharmarcia. I discovered this by going to Mexico out of desperation after getting blacklisted by the group of doctors that used to served my HMO when I was part of one in late 1998. This Mexican manages to ship after he crosses the border. Sorry I can't say what town since I never know if this thing is really over and can't incriminate myself. I don't think that this pharmacy is even listed on any Mexican buisness pages and it may be a chain but this particular pharmacy ships to the US but one other that I cam accross in the boarder town did not ship.
