I'm in agreement with the risk one takes in ordering from IOPs, particularly with the increased Customs intervention.
However, it's important to have the input of members with legal expertise, such as Trampy and Billy. Trampy's input provided a good rationale for the poster not to reveal any more details on the case.
I understand Yawkaw's concern with wanting more information to better understand how other members can protect themselves from such LE action. If one is going to order from IOPs, it's important to understand that such raids are random. Cheese provided an example in which LE intervention did not lead to being charged. In my post above, several possible explanations were put forth. These are merely speculation based on evidence from other posts. There is no way of knowing for certain, nor predicting. I believe that response requesting more information may be related to members' personal anxieties.
