thanks everyone for the comments. i sure dont have as much money as the state, so ill probabaly take heed the advice and not pursue a lawsuit. but what i will do is contact some people of power in atlanta to check the legalities of this. anyone think this is a good idea or should i not bring any attention to the op world? i know it really cant handle more attention, ahh ill probably just forget it since my refill is due in a few days.
