After a botched rotator cuff surgery,I was told the same thing as the previous poster.In my case it would involve expert witnesses and that cost lots o money.Dr's will cover each other thus the experts would have to come from out of the area creating more expense.In a nut shell I was told I could put up major and I mean MAJOR $$$$$$ and then we could roll the dice.Every case is different so the best thing is to find an attorney and let them look at the case.Make sure he doesn't represent or do any work for any of the parties involved.Good Luck....P
