Tis' true, conspiracy is just that, intent and nothing more. Should you show more than intent, it is no longer a conspiracy to committ and now becomes the commission of a crime. Lest we forget, to criminally prosecute someone, certain elememts of a crime must exist and this is what must be proven beyond a "reasonable doubt" in a court of law to seek a conviction. So be careful what you talk about and who you discuss it with, big brother is always watching.
