You are wrong, it states that a person commits an offense if they even attempt to fake a prescription. Trust me, I know..it happened to me..it is a Second Degree Felony and it is serious business, luckily I didnt have anything in my possession and I didnt pick up anything from the pharmacy, but I was still convicted by simply attempting to obtain a controlled substance via subterfuge. DO NOT ATTEMPT...Withdrawl is not as bad as prison!!!
