But I'm telling all you people out there who think we actually have "justice" in our system, don't believe it for a second--especially if you don't have a spotless criminal history. His criminal history is prosecuting him, NOT the charge (the big one was dropped, so they stuck with the little one--neither of which, by the way have any connection to his past history--last crime was 13 YEARS ago) itself.
My advice, if you are doing ANYTHING even slightly shady online, keep your computers very clean. Never in a million years did I expect to have a search warrant issued for MY home and have my computer/media siezed.
Just for the record, unless you replace the hard drive, deleted files can still be pulled up, even after a format. LE has specialists in this.
