The HIPPA law are you kidding? There is abosolutely no protections in HIPPA for ordering controlled substances from internetional sources because 1 - there is no doctor involved and 2 - Custome may legally open any package that enters the Custom's territory with no warrant. Better get your husband to brush up on his law and the "other 2 relatives" because they are wrong it does happen.
