I pretty much have to agree with you, but WHY would someone make something like this up? To decrease traffic/attn to IOPs i.e. scare some of us off, with the goal being to get his orders in a more timely manner? Or perhaps he's LE? I am puzzled at why someone would do this.....Anyhow, they've got nada on you, UNLESS you signed for EVERY parcel...which I doubt. Even if you did, fact remains the same...."someone" has just sent you something, that does not mean that you ordered it. Something else just struck me re Credit Card usage...wasn't brought up all. Those statements would/could be the only way that you're going to go to the chair...lol Any help w/motive for someone doing what has been done by the original poster would be great! Take care all!
