Very well said Ocean. Positive, effective, open communication is key to any conflict resolution. Is this even possible??? Wish I knew...Just wanted to throw in my two cents in specific regards to the gap between "sides." One thing is certain, at the end of the day, somebody is to be held accountable for such issues!! That is the problem imo, nobody accepts responsibility...always somebody else's problem. Take care.
