Re: New OP in R&D phase consider CII's

Is it Possible for my Internet Pharmacy to Fill Prescriptions for Schedule II Substances?

You may fill valid prescriptions for Schedule II substances if the patient or prescriber provides you with the signed original prescriptions prior to dispensing. Practically, it is unlikely that most patients will want to wait the time required for such a transaction.
Opinion what they fail to say is that most states require the written prescription be filled fully in 7 days.

This is straight from the DEA website located at:
http://www.deadiversion.usdoj.gov/fed_regs/notices/2001/fr0427.htm

Given the timeframe that a schedule 2 must be dispensed and that it must be a written script it is possible just not probable that this could be done legally due to time constraints and the current attitude towards OP's. Of coarse all the other rules regarding dispensing scheduled medications listed in the guidance must also be adheard to as well. Just my opinion. I believe it would be shut down in short order. Take care. Billylll
