If you ask me, I think vicodin is more addictive than percocet (although they both can cause BIG PROBLEMS in people that abuse them. I believe that percs are Class 2 out of tradition more than anything else.

Because C2 represents the most controlled prescritptions I think the DEA might take a very close look at what they are doing. If however he requires Good records and doesn't prescribe more than say 100 at a time he might be able to get away with it.

It depends upon whether the DEA wants to allow it to go on. They certainly could go and shut him down on a technicality anytime they wanted to.
