Honestly I would seek out a US based OP for something like Tramedol.. You really are running a risk of seziure or legal problems when trying to import something. I would say it all depends on if they want to make an example of you or not... Some places it would probably not get much attention and others it might cause an uproar.. You just never know until it actually happens.
