If she pays cash at a different pharmacy she probably won’t have a problem. If the insurance is picking it up she may.
That’s an awful lot to be filling and if a legal issue did arise it may include an intent to distribute charge, (say there was a problem and she was never charged with intent to distribute the assumption that she’s distributing would most likely be in the back of the prosecution and or judges mind)
A few options: she can bring the script to the same pharmacy she had the original filled at and have them put it on hold, or explain the situation to the pharmacist and ask him his advice. She can pay cash at another pharmacy, or if she needs to use her ins. bring it to a smaller privately owned one, drop it off at a busy time of the day, and before picking it up call a head while giving them plenty of time to fill it.
