The NABP has financial incentive to sensationalize a few cases and use scare tactics to deter Americans from obtaining affordable prescriptions.

Buyer beware is always the best bet. But it is better to have pharmaceuticals to treat chronic diseases than to not have them because you can't afford them.
There are many reputable pharmacies abroad, and they would be much more consistant in delivery if the government would quit seizing orders.
