There is not enough information in this entire thread to come to any reasonable conclusion. Trampy usually does the research and has a good handle on this kind of stuff. Everything else posted seems pretty speculative. If you're not a lawyer knowledgeable about this area of the law, it's probably better to minmize spreading unsubstantiated opinions and rasing paranoia levels.
