I'd simply ask the medical board which doctor....I mean, if it's a doc their trying to nail, who treated you appropriately, you could do this guy a huge favor & testify FOR him....too many good docs are going down because no one will stand up for them... If it's the Ca Medical Board... you have nothing to worry about...they have zilch in terms of jurisdiction over patient's....
