The EXACT same thing is happening with me, misdemeanor in 1990 is showing up in the NCIC. Um, I just realized, this may be why I get searched half of the time I get pulled over. Hasn't blocked any purchases I make that check NCIC, but now I'm wondering why I always get held up and searched.... (aside from looking like a kid in an expensive car)
