Sorry to hear about your situation. Sounds like you got off very easy, given the situation. Good for you. I've served time for possession of a C.S. (Unrelated to any prescription meds). I had a few priors, so that didn't help at all. Did the doctors ask you if you were already on medication? Also, that 90-day jail thing. Don't let that get you down. You really have to screw-up, ie.. like dirty UA's or another arrest to see that sentence. It doesn't sound like that's bound to happen with you. Best of luck and perhaps you'll get an early release of the adjudication. Regards.
