Well, I must disagree only because of my personal experience. I had a 90 day deferred on an asault/battery and later had the thing expunged and there is not a trace of it today and that was about 6 years ago.

Once they are expunged, they're gone. NOw, if there is a public site not connected to the government, then I can see where it would still show up in the WWW.
