If I find anymore articles about his arrest,or about his patients, I will post it. I know I will probably get flamed for this, but wouldn't a woman in her third trimester of pregnancy know the risk of taking this medication, or ANY medication during her pregnancy? And wouldn't she know that the baby would be born "addicted" to the medication? This woman has to watch the news, and if she could afford the high fees he was charging, she was probably seeing an OB/GYN throughout the pregnancy. Or wouldn't the pharmacist say something? I am assuming, but it just got me thinking. Especially with all the bad press about Oxycontin, you would think she would know at least a little about this drug. But then again, if she was in such extreme pain where she needed 30 pills per day, maybe she just didn't care.
