We still don't know all the facts---the prosecutor and defense can tell the press whatever they want---was there a clear photo of a pt record showing that dosage?
Say it was close to 30 pills for some--anyone remember the OXY IR 5mg capsules? Cause that would be 150 mg of oxycodone for a terminal patient plus maybe some 10 or 20 mg oxys--OXy IR is cheaper; that may have been another factor for him.

Do we know what the inital thousand dollars covered? What tests? Maybe he just put that out there to discourage street traffic but maybe it included a lot of tests--maybe the $250.00 included in-house psych counseling and physical therapists....
I need to know more before I judge and the reason for this is that a lot of PM clinics I have inquired about charge in this neighborhood...what a situation, huh?
Let us also consider malpractice premiums and legal retainers for this doc to keep practicing---I would have to read a lot more, objectively presented.
