Ordering meds and customs

Hi,

I have a friend who ordered meds from O/S (Romania) and got a seizure letter. He has ordered again, but now he is worried that his name has been placed on a list and that all future packages he gets will be inspected.

I have a feeling that it's best to use anonymous mails to specific addresses (such as a friend who is understanding etc), than to use one's own name and address. However, my friend doesn't like doing that because he doesn't like getting other people involved.

From what I understand IOPs use registered air-mail to cover their own butts, not yours. They don't give a rat's whisker if the meds get seized as long as they are sure that the customer recieved their package, meds or loveletter it doesn't matter. To wit, all registered mail gets delivered to the specified country of destination. That's for sure. The meds also get delivered to the specified address. But that's not for sure.

My friend ordered, and he is worried that customs have him on a list...since the order will be sent through registered mail, he's worried that his name will come up and bing...another seizure and another wasted $150!

Hope anyone can offer some sort of advice as to whether it is true that customs keep their names and address on a list of people who have meds seized. Friend is in Australia he recently moved from New Zealand. Australia is a cool place? That's for sure, I love it here and the climate is awesome. The government stays out of people's private lives? That's not for sure. Best if kept off the board shame ain't it!
