I have not heard of this Kasper system. I have never had to show either photo ID or SSN when I get my lortab filled (when I used to a year ago) and I live in northern Kentucky. I have noticed that my PCP will NOT prescribe anything stronger than relafen or celebrex for my pain. I never had a problem getting hydro for my medical problems in either Ohio or Arizona (both states I have lived in over the past 3 years). Although, my PMD had no problems prescribing hydro for me (and Soma).
