Yeah I totally agree, it is always a gamble when you use an iop. As far as mg goes, it has been a while since I used them but the times I used them they came through. I can't speak for them lately. The only complaint I have is they take too long. DHL is a separate issue. I didn't mean to imply that the DHL issues were mgs fault and I believe I said that. If I didn't then I correct myself.
