My first order experience: G** told me he shipped my package on November 6th. I received it on December 6th, but the postmark showed that it was shipped on November 27th, not the 6th like G* claimed. On February 16th, G* e-mailed me that my current order was shipped. As I posted above, he would never give me a exact shipping date, he would only say it should be there anyday now. I happened to catch him in the "Live Help" section just now and I had the following chat with him: I removed my order number but otherwise this is the cut and pasted chat: Quote: This exchange explains why he would never give me an actual shipping date. There wasn't one to give. He clearly states on his site that it may take quite a while to ship the order so I don't really understand why he feels the need to lie about the status of my order. Not looking for pity as I am very aware of the risks associated with these transactions. Although I am confident that the order will be shipped eventually I just wanted to give you all a heads up on G***s dishonesty concerning ship dates. |
