My first order experience:
G** told me he shipped my package on November 6th.
I received it on December 6th, but the postmark showed that it was shipped on November 27th, not the 6th like G* claimed.

On February 16th, G* e-mailed me that my current order was shipped. As I posted above, he would never give me a exact shipping date, he would only say it should be there anyday now.

I happened to catch him in the "Live Help" section just now and I had the following chat with him:

jp says: Do you know the date my package was sent?

G** says: what is your order number ?

jp says: Hold on, I'll get it.

G** says: ok

jp says: The number is ###.

G** says: hold on

G** says: it is on your way

jp says: What date did you send it?

G** says: last week

G** says: i belive you will get very very soon

jp says: Thank you

G** says: email me when you receive

jp says: I will, I'll sign off now. Thanks





This exchange explains why he would never give me an actual shipping date. There wasn't one to give.

He clearly states on his site that it may take quite a while to ship the order so I don't really understand why he feels the need to lie about the status of my order.

Not looking for pity as I am very aware of the risks associated with these transactions.

Although I am confident that the order will be shipped eventually I just wanted to give you all a heads up on G***s dishonesty concerning ship dates.
