Personally, I do not like to use my revolving CC for OP services. I know some folks may not have cash on hand, but really for IOPs the cash is relatively small, the interest on such a small purchase is just not worth it to me. I think WU or cash (COD) is safer and offers more anonymity. I also agree a chargeback should be used as a last resort; this will definitely bring unwanted attention.

For most purchases I make, including general shopping, it is cash and carry. I have one revolving CC that I use only for emeregencies.
