i do agree with you johny g that we are lucky to live in a country that allows us to ship and receive very fast. what i probably did not make clear is that i did not have the intentions of ordering from an IOP and than plan on filing a charge back. the charge back is the last resort when the IOP completely stop responding to me via email from a real person. they did not respond back at all concerning the shipping of the order, the possibility of a slow mail system, customs, or if the meds would need to be re-shipped. the automatically generated email they sent me 2 times said they would re-ship or refund the order, but no one ever got back with me. what am i suppose to do? sit, wait, and wonder if they are going to figure it out? i just helped things along by refunding the order myself and not having them do it. if i don't receive my order, they offer a refund in their terms according to the email. a refund on their part or a charge back on my part, the end result is the same for them losing money; they make the offer. if they are charging my CC, i do expect some help during a problem and i got none. all this is not to mention there is a large fist full of people that have not received anything from this IOP. if they are going down the tubes, they ain't taken my money with them. frost -------- the pink pills keep you from screaming |
