Why would you order from an IOP if you plan on filing for a chargeback after 20 days? That's rediculous. Chargebacks can kill a merchant and even run them out of business. You must understand, other countries of the world do not have postal services like the USPS. We are extremely lucky to be able to ship and receive packages in such a timely fashion.
