i wrote an email asking to cancel my order and i got this same email sent to me 2 times (almost as if it were automaticaly sent). it makes me mad. i wanted to correspond with a real person.

We are experiencing delivery times of 10-12 business days. Unfortunately, as we ship through regular mail, we are not able to provide you of a way to track it. Donít worry about your order and please wait some days more, it will be delivered.

If not, we will offer you a reshipment or a refund.
