I have no intention of doing a chargeback. My last order was shipped from their new location and it took just a little over two weeks.

The only time I would ever consider a chargeback is if they did not reply to emails and went silent. They've never done that before and I don't think they will. My gut feeling says the order got intercepted somewhere or some postal employee is having a good time right now.
