I went ahead and joined their Forum and PM'ed the admin. concerning my situation. I have since then been assured by the admin. that my order was shipped on the 14th of January. After realizing I was able to check my 'order status' from their home website, I checked. Sure enough, it says it was shipped on Jan 14th. So that's good news! ...and now for the waiting game
