I placed an order with PAH well over a week ago, and never even got a confirmation email stating my order was shipped, as I normally do. I emailed them, asking if/when my order will be shipped several times... and no response yet...

Is it possible I am using the wrong email address to contact them?? I have also used their 'contact' system on their website, and no dice. Does anyone know the best way to contact them and actually get a response? Thanks in advance for any help anyone can offer me
