Unfortunately, my guess is that it got seized. The last order I made with them was seized. and didn't get a letter til about 5 weeks after my order. I'm positive they did mail it, but they don't package it too well. My reshipment was sliding around inside a large bubble envelope, rattling like crazy with no tape to seal it up. After I got that package, I understood why the first one got snagged. Ordering from Giga was more secure in my opinion. (especially when they shipped express, which only took 1 day for me)
