That is what is so weird about medicine gallery. The lady used to be so nice and prompt about answering emails. That is what is so baffling about this. When there is a change like that one, I hesitate to use until I hear better. I do expect good communication with a purchase. It is only polite. If 3-4 weeks go down the road and no package, then I feel I should have a right to inquire about the status. Is that too much to ask? I don't think so. I am glad some people are lucking out with them, but I don't gamble with my money.
Kiki, about DHL, I have always liked them until my last experince with them. I had an overnight package that took over a week to be delivered. I did call DHL daily for the update and they were nice, it was something about snow holding up their shipments. So I am sorry about your experience with them and your grandpa too. That had to be horrible.
Also I just reread your post, yes Medicine gallery always used the ground option. One time when waiting for a fedex package to arrive, it just sat at my terminal for five days also. When I asked, they said oh well it says to be delivered on such and such date since it is ground. That made me furious too and I thought how stupid, it is just sitting there until the delivery date promised when fedex is in my neighborhood all the time. That isn't the best part, they lost my d*mn package and had to put a trace on it. I had to rather, medicinegallery said they wouldn't help me with that. Another week later it is finally found and they sent it to me. That was the most aggrevating experience I ever had with a company. And I blame Fedex not medicine gallery before someone jumps me about that.
