We all know what it's like to be running low and getting antsy to get an order. But, as others mentioned it has usually been taking 3-4 weeks. Possibly a bit longer depending where you live. I'd wait at least till the 27th before emailing them. Hope you receive your order soon.

But I do know you can rest assured they did mail your items. Now hopefully the mail comes through.
