what you mentioned about only finding money orders on the pull down is what i was refering to in one of my posts when i said that i believe you can only pay using money orders.
i know i read that they accecpt all these other forms of payment, but you are only given the option of paying via money orders that i know of.

if you consider using global express (insured) to mail your payment, it does not seem so expensive.
