Thanks for the feedback. Based upon your advice and others I'll give them 3 weeks before taking any other steps. I'm just a little gun shy having been burned once, as I'm sure we all have at one time or another.

I did send them a very polite email asking them to check on things for me and here's the reply I got:

Dear customer.

Please be patient and wait some days more. There are two reasons that explain the delay while receiving orders:


1. Holidays at US postal services.

2. Parcels now are shipped from Argentina, not from Europe.

Don't worry at all, if you don't receive your order, we will reship or refund it.

I understand the holiday rush but I was given the impression that shipments were coming from Europe, not South America.

Time will tell and thanks again Noah!
